Packaging World was started in 2004 as a small business venture where things quickly took off as the demand for gift packaging grew. We are now a very close team working from a unit in Swansea, South Wales. We are made up of a dedicated office and ware house team, we pride ourselves on our great communication between ourselves and our customers to do our utmost to make sure every order is dealt with quickly and professionally. Our enthusiastic office staff are here to help you with any enquires you may have and our warehouse team have over 25 years in warehouse management.

We accept PayPal, credit/debit card, cheque, postal order and bankers draft.
Please note that paying by eCheque via paypal and cheque can delay your shipment up to 2 weeks. Once your payment is cleared, we will dispatch your order within 24 hours.

We aim to arrange shipment of all items within 24 working hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends and bank holidays), all orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. For next day delivery, please contact us.
UK Customers - Royal Mail 1st class normally takes 1-3 working days, but it's not guaranteed. It may take longer during Royal Mail's peak season (from October-December).Order send by Parcel Force takes 1-2 working days for UK mainland customers.
We will only resend your order once Royal Mail confirms that the parcel is lost. This will be 7 working days from the date of dispatch. Please inform us of lost parcels via after the 7 working days. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or bad weather.
In some cases, Parcel Force service will be required. Postal surcharge of Â£6 will apply to the postcodes listed below if order is too large to go via Royal Mail: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, Ph17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, and TR21-25. However, we'll try our very best to avoid charging customer postal surcharge when possible, e.g. split the order into two parcels and send it by Royal Mail.
International Customers ? Royal Mail Airmail normally takes 5-14 working days, but it'ss not guaranteed. Order sent by Parcel Force Global Priority takes 3-7 working days.
We will only resend your order once Royal Mail confirms that the parcel is lost. This will be 21 working days from the date of dispatch. Please inform us of lost parcels via after the 21 working days. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, bad weather, your local post service or International Customs Inspection.
International Postage Discount - Flat rate postage applies to most of the EU countries, please see the list below, the following rate covers parcels that weighs up to 30kg:
-Channel Island (Jersey & Guernsey) at Â£13;
Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Germany, Monaco at Â£17;
-Italy, Spain, Greece, Portugal at Â£29;
-Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Hungary, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, San --Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Gibraltar at Â£38
Colours Disclaimer - Colours of all our products as shown in the respective pictures are close approximation of the actual colour. This is because colour shades differ from one computer monitor to another. This means the red which you see on your screen may not be in the same shade as the red seen on another person's computer. Colour shades may vary from time to time.
Measurements Disclaimer - All descriptions specifications and particulars of the goods to be supplied are approximate only. In the case where size and colour had to be exact we highly recommend getting a sample. In most of the listings we offer sample service.
Should you need to obtain exact colours/sizes, please request for samples by sending us details of what you require along with an appropriate self-addressed and stamped envelope.

We'll happily refund the full price of the item and the initial postage paid. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost of return if they are simply unsuitable.
We try our very best to describe item as accurate as possible, and do quality check on all items prior to dispatch, in rare occasions where faulty item/incorrect item has been sent or item is described incorrectly, we'll cover cost of return. Please contact us by message and we'll solve this problem in a quick manner. You'll need to provide Royal Mail with proof of postage to receive a claim in the case of item go missing in the post, so please do obtain this from Post Office.
All items must be returned to us unused, well packed and in their original condition, return address is shown on our dispatch note/invoice.
